Each discipline committee member acknowledges and agrees to that both during and after his or her participation on the discipline committee he or she will not disclose, directly or indirectly, any confidential information to any third party or use the confidential information for his or her own benefit, except in the proper course of performing his or her duties as a member of the discipline committee.
This undertaking does not prohibit the discipline committee member from using his or her education, skills and general knowledge as long as he or she does not disclose confidential information. This undertaking shall not impair the right of the discipline committee member to use or disclose information that is or becomes generally known to the public other than through a breach of this undertaking. Disclosure shall also be permitted if required by law.
