General Information About Transfer Credit Policies

Internal Reviews

Internal reviews should be addressed to the attention of the Academic Credentials Review Panel.  The internal review request form should:

  • Be completed, signed, dated and submitted by regular mail or fax.

  • State which additional transfer credit(s) the individual is appealing.

  • Include all pertinent details, stated clearly and concisely.

  • Be accompanied by supporting documents (i.e. course descriptions, syllabus, etc.)

  • Transcripts must accompany the form.

Internal Reviews are conducted by the Academic Credentials Review Panel on a bi-weekly basis.  Decision letters will be forwarded by regular mail to the appellant approximately three weeks from the date of submission.

In accordance with the policy outlined on the Internal Review for Transfer Credits Form, a maximum of two internal reviews relating to the same course will be permitted only if additional information or documentation is provided. Please review the transfer credit policies to validate that you are eligible for review.
